Advertising and Marketing: AIDA

AIDA is used in marketing by many different people which then describes a common list of events that will help them sell a product. The definition of AIDA is as follow:
Attention (Awareness) - The attention of the customer.
Interest - Raise customer interest by focusing on and demonsrating advantages and benefits.
Desire - Convince customers that they want and desire the product or service which will then satisfy their needs.
Action - This leads customers towards buying the product.
By using a process like this, it allows an understaning of how to serve your target audience what they want. This concept is relevant to my magazine as I will have to think about what they want to have in this magazine and I will have to put it in, this will make the population of this magazine rise as it is to a large variety of people.
